Club Administration
RC Nansana is a vibrant club with 62 members. The club has strong and exciting weekly fellowships by attracting the Rotary fraternity from mainly the Northern corridor clubs. The club remains strong in compliance with RI requirements and other sound financial and audit obligations with end of monthly club days and Club assemblies. The Club continued to Nurture the RC of Kampala-Kawempe and RC Wakiso, two Rotaract clubs and 6 intract clubs- each of these have strong on-going service to community project initiatives.
Membership
The members grew to 62 members from 22 members at its birth in 2009, making the Club cross the remarkable mark from a small club to a bigger club. The RC Model of red-bagge programme remains a unique game changer for ensuring quality membership of the club. The club undertakes periodic home visits and home-hospitalities, and this enhanced member bonding.
Rotary Foundation
The Club is 100% contributor of $26.5. The TRF per-capita giving has increased to 141. The Club has made a historical mark of increasing PHF members to 36.
Establishment of Nansana Rotary Hospital
Partnership with Buganda Land Board, Nanssana Municipality and RC Nansana for the construction and expansion of Nakule Health II to a Health Centre IV; land worth UGX 600M has been secured. Construction to commence
Public Relations
The club intensified and demystified Rotary in our communities, given RC Nansana is a community Club. This is mainly through monthly Lubiji times, invitation of key community members to key events including installations.

Need to follow-up discussions for final meeting to start on implementation.
Water and sanitation in Nansana, Wakiso Kakiri : Received a Global Grant of $31,580 water project for construction of protection of 3 wells in Nansana, 3 in Wakiso and 4 in Kakiri/Masulita.
Basic literacy and education : Provision of scholastic materials schools around Nansana.
Bi-annual Rotary Family Health days: Extension and provision of medical services to over 2100 people on annual basis.
